- Senior Property Manager – Wanstead
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 plus Sign written company car or Car Allowance
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, One Saturday per month (9.30am-4pm) with a day off in lieu
A dynamic Property Company with three London offices need a Property Manager to take over their Wanstead team. The successful candidate will over manage a Portfolio of 250+ properties whilst overseeing a part time Property Manager and Branch Administrator so experience of managing staff is necessary.
Responsibilities include:
Management of a high-end portfolio
Effectively managing maintenance aspects
Handling all day to day enquiries
Providing an excellent property management service
First port of call for tenants
Emergency phone when the out of hours contractor is on leave
Skills and experience:
Relevant property management experience
Must have solid experience maintenance repairs and property inspections
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and telephone manner
Ambitious and motivated
Customer focused
