Monday to Friday 9am - 6.30pm plus one Saturday per month
We have a great position for an experienced Property Manager to join this award winning leading London independent Estate Agent. They are a great team who pride themselves on customer service so will be looking for an outstanding administrator compliment their brand.
We are looking for candidates with a great personality, who are resilient and ready to be part of a great team.
As a Property Manager you will be responsible for a property portfolio:
Must have experience (ideally 3 + years)
Manage portfolio of approx. 220 properties
Carry out periodic property inspections
Ensuring the entire managed portfolio are fully compliant (GSIs/EICRs/EPCs/PAT Testing/ Legionella Tests/Cylinder Servicing)
Obtaining quotes from contractors and arranging maintenance works#
Approving all works with landlords and updating them pre and post completion
Serving Section 21 notices
Dealing with security deposit returns
Booking check outs and arranging end of tenancy cleans
Ability to manage their own workload and prioritize jobs as necessary
Keep on top of all maintenance jobs
Ability to use initiative and manage their own day
Respond to emails promptly
Excellent literacy skills
Skills & Attributes:
Must Be Arla level 3 qualified
Ability to demonstrate initiative
Excellent telephone manner
Strong time management skills
Ability to problem solve
Professional approach to customer services
