Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 9am to 6:30 pm with a day off in the week.

Our client is looking for a experienced letting agent who wants to grow and take on further responsibilities. You will be friendly, confident and organised and ready to join their team of high performing agents.

Key Duties:
Communicating with clients via Phone, Email, Face to Face, SMS, Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp
Speaking to and registering property buyers/tenants/Landlords
Arranging meetings/viewings
Helping people choose properties to view
Supporting other agents to keep them highly productive
Plus general office administration
Skills required:
Great attitude and target driven
Ambition to grow within the company
Experience as a Lettings Negotiator
Computer literate and well presented
Confident
Organised
Self motivated
Determined
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a great communicator with empathy. Be organised and methodical in your work and have the ability to multi task.
