- Senior Property Manager – Surrey Quays
Up to £32k per annum
Monday to Friday 9am - 6.30pm plus one Saturday per month
We have a great position for an experienced Property Manager to head this award winning leading London independent Estate Agent. They are a great team who pride themselves on customer service. We are looking for candidates with around 3 years experience in a similar position.
Key responsibilities:
Manage portfolio of approx. 200 properties
Carry out periodic property inspections
Ensuring the entire managed portfolio are fully compliant (GSIs/EICRs/EPCs/PAT Testing/ Legionella Tests)
Obtaining quotes from contractors and arranging maintenance works
Approving all works with landlords
Serving Section 21 notices
Deposit returns
Booking Check outs and arranging end of tenancy cleans
Ability to manage their own workload and prioritize jobs as necessary
Be aware of the progress on on-going works
Respond to emails promptly
Experience and Skills required:
Excellent literacy skills
Well presented with a clear confident speaking voice
Ability to communicate well with people at all levels both face to face and over the phone
Excellent customer service skills, professional and helpful manner
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Self- motivated and proactive
Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, XP, Mail Merge proficient
