Our client is an Estate agency with offices in Surrey specialising in sales and lettings. They pride themselves on their experienced team most of whom have been with the company for many years as the company have great staff retention, mainly due to the training and development
The successful candidate will be working within a team of four, based in their established office in Harrow Town centre.
The role will involve:
Qualifying potential buyers
Identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
Viewing properties & negotiating offers
Liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers
Delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Computer literate
The ability to negotiate
Sound business ethics
Tenacity and be a self-starter
The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
