Basic Salary + Com OTE £40,000 - £50,000
An award-winning independent estate and letting agents is currently looking for self-motivated and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator who can contribute to their dynamic team.
You will be a key member of the team and will be integral in the leadership of the Sales team and for the growth of the branch. With full support of the Sales Manager and supporting team as a Senior Sales Negotiator you will play an important part in success of this office. You will be responsible for achieving Sales targets and be rewarded for your efforts.
The ideal candidate:
This role is perfect if you have a successfultrack record in Estate Agency as a Sales Negotiator.
Someone who is results orientated and be able to embrace accountability and responsibility.
Have a proven track record of delivering targets.
Have a spirit of professionalism, honesty and integrity in all you do.
Skills & Experience:
Experience within the property industry as a Sales Negotiator
Successful track record in achieving targets and maintaining vendor relationships
Well presented
Dynamic
Target driven individual.
Focussed
Self-motivated
Exceptional customer service.
Previous Estate Agency experience is essential along with good local knowledge and the ability to maximise on all potential business opportunities.
