Our client is seeking an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team to let their extensive portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will be accomplished at negotiating lettings with both landlords and tenants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role.
Duties will include:
Accomplished at winning new business and negotiating lettings contracts,
Strong interpersonal skills to create a meaningful client relationship, exceptional sales ability to close business successfully
Administration & property management
You will focus on building and maintaining market share in a competitive environment
Applicant’s skillset:
Experienced in a busy, successful and recognised Lettings Agency
Proven track record of success in negotiating lettings contracts.
You will need to be able to work under pressure,
Proactive, organised, focused and accessible.
An engaging and charismatic personality is essential,
Provide exceptional service at every opportunity.
