Hours of work Monday -Thursday 9am -7pm Fri -6pm Saturday 9.30-4pm (half day off in the week)
Our client is one of North London’s longest-established independently owned estate agencies, and they are looking for sales negotiator with a proven track record for their Muswell Hill office. You will be confident, responsible, well presented and highly motivated.
Duties will include:
Arranging viewings
Booking valuations
Following up viewings the next day and reporting structured feedback to our sellers
Chasing, progressing and negotiating offers through to completion
Undertaking tasks as directed by your line manager
