Our client’s award winning office, are looking for successful Sales negotiators to join their Battersea based team.
We are seeking tenacious, charismatic and ambitious individuals with proven experience in residential sales and listing. You will have first class negotiation skills.
You will be responsible for building relationships with high profile and high net worth applicants, assessing their requirements, conducting viewings and of course, agreeing deals. This is an exciting opportunity for successful sales negotiators to establish themselves.
Requirements:
Proven track record within London's residential sales market.
Experience of listing properties.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Immaculate presentation
Able to build good rapport with ease
Self-starting with the desire to succeed
Outstanding negotiation and networking skills
Experience within SW11, SW8, SW4, SW12 market.
