Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 Plus renewals commission
Working Hours Monday – Friday -9am -6pm with alternate Saturdays 9am -4pm.
Our Client is looking for a Property Manager for their branch in Kingston.
We are looking for experienced property managers who are capable of managing a portfolio of 120 properties.
You will have your own car and must be enthusiastic and responsible with property management experience, you must be able to demonstrate a track record of your achievements.
This is a great opportunity to join a company who will encourage development and will assist you in achieving your ARLA qualification.
You will have good knowledge of the property market and industry and a good knowledge of the, along with the following:-
Ability to demonstrate initiative
Experience using Jupix
Excellent telephone manner
Strong time management skills
Ability to problem solve
Full UK Driving Licence & own car
Professional approach to customer services
