£20,000 + Com OTE £45,000 plus Company Car
Due to business growth and expansion, our client is currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for one of their nine offices which span across East and North West London. This is a wonderful opportunity for an ambitious individual who is hardworking, able to flourish in a fast-moving environment and always customer focussed.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let through to move in
Previous lettings experience is essential
Full UK driving licence.
The desire to learn and develop is more important than a background in property. We expect eagerness and determination from our employees and in return they can expect in-house training and development.
