We have a great trainee role with a fantastic company and an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills and gain an extensive understanding of residential property.
As a Negotiator you will be conducting viewings with tenants, inspecting and appraising properties and working alongside the administration departments to ensure smooth progression.

Key Responsibilities Negotiator:
Represent the brand at all times.
Deliver outstanding service to clients, customers, partners and colleagues.
Meet agreed targets and KPI’s.
Register applicant enquiries in person and on the telephone in line with operating procedures.
Launch apartments to market in line with operating procedures.
Conduct property viewings and inspections adhering to operating procedures.
Be informed on and be able to advise clients and colleagues on market conditions.
Present full range of services to clients and partners.
Represent the company at exhibitions and corporate events.
