Basic Salary + Commission (£35 OTE) + Car Allowance
Our client is currently seeking a full time Sales Negotiator to join their busy Berkhamsted
office. The successful candidate will ensure a high level of customer service is maintained whilst achieving consistent sales results.
The role will primarily involve liaising with prospective purchasers and identifying their buying and selling needs, conducting viewings on behalf of our selling clients, demonstrate excellent levels of communication with prompt and precise feedback and negotiating offers with due care and attention to procedure in accordance with current legislation.
The successful candidate will have at least two years proven track record in generating new business, possess good negotiating skills and take pride in ensuring that our client’s instructions are marketed and sold with maximum professionalism and efficiency. A positive and friendly attitude is a must when registering applicants, booking and attending appointments, negotiating sales and updating vendors. You will also be responsible for sales progression and assist with all other tasks related to running our successful, client focused branches.
