Salary £20,000 - £30,000 plus great commission structure.
Working Hours Monday to Friday 9am -6pm plus every other Saturday 10am -2pm
Our well established client based in St Johns Wood is looking for a client focused Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic and forward thinking team.
This is a rare opportunity to join a great company whose systems and approaches ensure they exceed market requirements and continue to develop.
As a pro- active Senior Lettings Negotiator you are responsible for the whole lettings process from initial tenant application through to move in. We are looking for candidates with around 3-4 years experience within a lettings environment. You will be self motivate, have a strong desire to succeed and a positive, outgoing personality.
Which includes:
Register potential tenants
Arrange and attend viewings
Liaise and negotiate between landlords and tenants
Close deals
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with landlords and tenants
Canvass for new business opportunities
Achieve pre-agreed targets
The Individual:
Proven background in lettings or estate agency
Extensive sales and rapport building skills
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Self-motivation with a ‘can do’ attitude
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
Previous experience with a lettings software would be an advantage
Full and clean UK driving licence
