My Client is looking for a polished and experienced letting professional. They are a well established award winning agent who have a great reputation in St Albans and continue to thrive. This is a real opportunity for an ambitious senior lettings consultant who wants the opportunity to progress within this fantastic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Focus on applicant-clients – Working with applicants who can potentially become our next clients, be responsible for providing excellent service, ensuring applicants-client experience is a "wow".
Registering applicants: Qualify applicants in accordance with the information required for suitably matching prospective tenants to properties.
Regular Call/Mail outs – To be responsible for providing applicants with up to date information on new or relevant properties matching their requirements.
Maintain adequate applicant register. Contact registered applicants frequently to discuss property list, update search criteria.
Updating property & applicant records.
Book viewing appointments using diary and ensure access is permitted by where applicable.
The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can deliver exceptional customer service.
