Salary up to £24,000
HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm
Are you looking to develop your career in Property Management?
We are seeking a Residential Lettings Property Management Assistant to provide support to the Property Manager for a well established agency who aim to provide the highest level of customer care at all times.
Duties will include the following (list is not exhaustive):
Arrange & Record gas safety certificates
Arrange boiler servicing when required
Attend properties to allow access for engineers when Tenant is unavailable
Arrange & Record Energy Performance Certificates
Arrange check out appointments
Sending check out reports when received
Assist with day to day maintenance issues
Renewals
Key audits
Filing & Archiving
