Property Manager - Kentish Town
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 plus Pool car
Overlooking 125 properties with an Assistant

Duties include but not restricted to:-
Liaising with Landlords & Tenants
Organising Management visits.
Organising Check-Out appointments.
Renewal of Contracts
Deposit returns
Chasing late rent / Credit Control
Warranty Claims / Court appearances
Essential Requirements:-
Must have safety legislation & deposit schemes knowledge, understanding of the Housing and Landlord/Tenants Acts
Must have strong verbal communication skills, and excellent written English.
They are looking for a team player with drive, enthusiasm and energy. You will need to have impeccable people skills as this role will involve dealing with a wide variety of people. Excellent customer service skills are essential with an acute awareness of client relationships is required to succeed in this position.
