If you are an experience Senior sales negotiator, looking for a new opportunity, our client are an award winning independent estate agent who have been established since 2003 with offices all over South-West London. They are looking for a Sales Negotiator for their Wandsworth office who has previous Estate Agency experience, strong negotiation skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Duties will include:
Arranging viewings
Booking valuations
Following up viewings the next day and reporting structured feedback to our sellers
Chasing, progressing and negotiating offers through to completion
Undertaking tasks as directed by your line manager
The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focused, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
