Our client based in Hammersmith is looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to work with a dynamic team of property professionals who have thereputation as one of West London's fastest growing Estate agents.
You must be enthusiastic and responsible with property management experience, you must be able to demonstrate a track record of your achievements. A solid property background is essential, you will have good knowledge of the property market and industry and a good knowledge of the local area, along with the following:-
Ability to demonstrate initiative
Excellent telephone manner
Preferably ARLA qualified
1 years + Property Management experience.
Experience dealing with Deposits
Confident dealing with maintenance issues & Contractors.
Strong time management skills
Ability to problem solve
Professional approach to customer services
