Basic salary between £16-20K and up to £50k OTE plus car allowance.
Our client is an independent estate agent who pride themselves on knowing the local market. They are great team who work well together. As a sales Negotiator you will ensure monthly sales and lettings targets are met, by working with other sales staff and the office team.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Negotiating Sales / Lettings offers between relevant parties
Dealing with enquiries and leads
Book viewings in accordance with company guidelines
Service walk in customers ensure correct details are taken and entered into the company system
Carrying out viewings in a timely professional manner
Provide feedback to landlords and vendors as per the company guidelines and instructions
Updating and maintaining websites
Referring applicants to the designated mortgage advisor
Assist / Undertake market appraisals when required
Follow up potential vendors / landlords to gain instructions
Communicate effectively with the Sales / Lettings Progressor’s
Assist with floorplans and photographs when required
General office administration
Job holder attributes
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team and upon your own initiative
Strong organisational skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Confident in dealing with clients
Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
Excellent telephone manner
Act with integrity at all times
