Our client are an extremely well established residential Sales, Lettings and Property Management based in North West London.
They are looking for an ambitious sales Negotiator to join their Belsize Park Office. They are looking for experienced sales negotiator who is confident building and maintaining relationships with clients is a key part of the role in addition you must have a full Driving Licence.
Duties to include:
Obtaining mortgage leads
Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors and associated estate agents
Maintaining applicant database
Negotiating offers
Co-ordinating sales to completion
Conduct effective accompanied viewings
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
