Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: OTE £35,000 - £40,000pa (£18,000 basic salary)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm) but occasional Saturday/Evening work will be required to meet the demands of the role.
We are currently seeking four experienced Lettings Negotiators to join our clients growing team. As a Build to rent landlord, they own all the homes they let. Your main focus will be finding the best tenants to occupy the homes.
You will be responsible for:
Marketing of properties (both new lets of acquired schemes and re-letting of existing stock) and sourcing suitable tenants
Preparing and implementing marketing of large new developments to let from dedicated marketing suite and/or show homes
Dealing with/following up telephone and email enquiries from prospective tenants
Arranging and carrying out accompanied viewings
Conducting market appraisals and valuations of units and new opportunities
Managing and maintaining a database of applicants/prospective tenants in order to minimise void periods
To be successful in the role you will have:
Lettings experience and knowledge gained within a commercial environment
Experience managing property listings and advertisements
Proven track record in delivering on targets and deadlines within a demanding customer focused lettings environment
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Excellent time management skills with experience using MS Office Suite
Good business ethics with the ability to respond positively to challenges
