Up to £15000 + Commission (OTE £30k)
My client is currently looking for an ambitious and experienced Lettings Negotiator to work within their team in Kensington due to increasing levels of business. Working alongside 3 other negotiators and 2 lettings Managers you will be part of a thriving team.
To be considered for this role, applicants will have:
Good IT skills
Smart appearance
Organised
Interpersonal
Customer Service skills
Ability to demonstrate initiative
A proven track record in lettings and winning instructions
Local area knowledge
A full driving licence
A hard working and positive attitude is essential to this role.
There is a pool car available and great bonus scheme in addition to the commission including Westfield vouchers every month
Working hours 5 dayweek Monday – Friday with Saturdays (10am – 4pm) on a rota basis.
