Our client based in North London is looking for an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team based in Harringay.
They are looking to appoint a driven, motivated and tenacious Sales Negotiator who has proven success in Residential Sales and is ready to take on more responsibility with a view to moving up to assistant Manager in the very near future. The Ideal candidate will be well presented and have strong communication and time management skills. Good local area knowledge is essential.
The role will involve:
Qualifying potential buyers
Identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
Viewing properties & negotiating offers
Liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers
Delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
The ability to negotiate
Sound business ethics
Tenacity and be a self-starter
The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
