This is a fantastic opportunity to have a career with a respected and established Estate Agency who are looking for an experience Sales Negotiator for their branch in Pinner.
For this role the successful candidate must have previous Estate Agency experience, strong negotiation skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Duties to include:
Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors and associated estate agents
Conduct effective accompanied viewings
Maintaining applicant database
Negotiating offers
Co-ordinating sales to completion
Obtaining mortgage leads
