Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am til 6pm, (one day a week 10am – 7pm)
Our client an extremely well established residential Sales, Lettings and Property Management based in North West London, are looking for a Property Manager who will work on a portfolio of around 180 properties being the main contact for both Clients and tenants.
They are looking for a personable, responsible, conscientious person to work within a team of 5, the ideal candidate will:
Follow up and respond to all customer queries in a timely manner
Carry out 6 monthly property inspections
Build relationships with tenants, landlords, colleagues and suppliers
Keeping track of tenancies and negotiate rental renewals in line with market trends
Constantly monitor and curtail any rental arrears
knowledge of compliancy issues.
Organising check-in and check-out inventory inspections
Booking property inspections and producing landlord reports
Organise repair quotes and works as necessary
Prioritize daily workload and work to deadlines
