£15k - £35k OTE
Our client is currently looking for an ambitious Sales and Lettings Negotiator to work within their branch due to increasing levels of business.
They are a highly reputable estate agency that have been consistently growing throughout the years. They are looking for ambitious individuals to join their existing team of highly successful negotiators.
As a Negotiator, you will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service.
On a day to day basis you will be selling a wide range of properties, chasing leads, conducting viewings and liaising between the landlord and potential tenant. You will be managing the process from start to finish from handling enquirers to handing over the keys.
The individual should possess a strong work ethic with excellent written and spoken communication skills. The successful candidate should have the ability to build a rapport with a wide range of people and be able to maintain a professional attitude at all times.
We would anticipate the successful candidate to integrate fully into the sales and letting activity of the office, becoming directly involved in sales and letting negotiation.
