- Lettings Negotiator – Watford
Our client is an independent estate agents based in South West Hertfordshire. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator.
As is expected of such a role, the successful candidate will be expected to liaise with landlords and new clients to secure instructions, register applicants & coordinate viewings, and negotiate offers.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a minimum of 12 months’ residential lettings experience, good local knowledge of the Watford area
A professional work ethic, good telephone manner and smart appearance will be expected and it is essential that you have a full UK driving license and can provide good references.
