Our client is an independent estate agency with four offices in the North West London / Hertfordshire area, they specialise in sales, lettings and property management. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator at their successful office in the Hendon.
Duties will include:
Arranging viewings
Booking valuations
Following up viewings the next day and reporting structured feedback to our sellers
Chasing, progressing and negotiating offers through to completion
Undertaking tasks as directed by your line manager
