£20,000- £28,000 pro rata + Commission (3 days)
This is an extremely interesting role which would suit a bright and positive individual. We’re looking for a proactive and hardworking candidate with a solid background in Property and an excellent knowledge of the Buy to Let property market. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, below market value properties across the UK, prepare all marketing materials and present it to our sales team. You will also need to be able to build new relationships with partners in order to secure future business.
You must be extremely persuasive, with a sharp business brain. Excellent communication skills and capable of working on your own are a must.
You will also be required to support our sales progression department one day a week. Your main role will be to coordinate the exchange and completion of a number of properties within the required timeframe so you will need to be highly organised and work well under pressure.
The successful candidate should also have excellent negotiating skills and able to build strong relationship with clients. Strong administration skills are also required for this interesting and varied role.
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities:
Solid Property background
Excellent negotiation skills
Hard working and willing to get ‘stuck in’
Proactive with the ability to work without supervision
Persuasive, positive with a relentless attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Excellent computer skills
Some marketing experience an advantage
Hours : 9.00am - 5.30pm
