Our client is a housing association who are looking for a Property Manager as they expand their Private Rented Sector Portfolio. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the property management and lettings in the private rented sector and is looking for progression in their career.
Main Accountabilities
Operate in line with the companies values to deliver the highest levels of customer service. Provide a professional and knowledgeable estate and facilities service to residents in a range of tenures and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Duties:
Estate inspections
Estate Improvements
Estate and facilities management
Service Charges
Tackle and reduce the effects of anti-social behaviour – working with residents
New Homes
Maintaining relationships between residents, key stakeholders, partners, contractors etc.
Maintain written/electronic records and keeping systems up-to-date
Other tasks and activities associated with the role.
The successful candidate should have:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience of working in property management
Good IT skills, competent with MS Office suite and quick to learn new systems
Capable of multi-tasking, and managing and taking responsibility for own workload
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
