- Property Maintenance Manager – Muswell Hill
We are looking for a Property Maintenance Manager for our client who are based in North London for over 30 years. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
Daily Duties
The Property Maintenance Manager will deal with tenants and landlords concerning property repairs
Liaising with contractors to book in work required
Chase invoices for payments and scan through to Accounts for processing.
Property visits to check on works or to look at works required
The Property Maintenance Manager will book in renewal gas safety certificates.
Book in property inspections on a monthly basis
Skills required:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within Maintenance or a PM role heavily involved with maintenance.
The ideal candidate must be able to remain calm and focussed under pressure
Excellent written communication and telephone manner
Must have good organisation skills and ability to manage own time effectively
Experience in maintenance/property management is essential.
Must be a car owner with UK driving licence.
Hours: Monday to Friday
