Our client is an independent agent with two offices in South West London, they have been growing for the last 15 years. This is a wonderful opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator who has at least a years’ experience and would like to further their career. You will be based in their Battersea office so good knowledge of the area would be an advantage.
As is expected of such a role, the successful candidate will be expected to liaise with landlords and new clients to secure instructions, register applicants & coordinate viewings, and negotiate offers.
A professional work ethic, good telephone manner and smart appearance will be expected and it is essential that you have a full UK driving license.
