- Lettings Negotiator – Weybridge
We are currently looking to recruit enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our client’s team based in Weybridge. They are looking for someone with at least 1 years’ experience and a proven track record within Lettings. Must also have the following:
Full UK Driving License
Friendly and professional phone manner
Good communication skills
Constant enthusiasm and a ‘can do’ attitude
Must be organized and highly motivated, a team player
Must be good timekeeper, confident and well presented
Ability to develop and maintain internal/external relationships
Your duties and responsibilities are likely to include;
Valuations
Registering potential purchasers
Arranging and conducting viewings
Liaising with clients
Business generation
Marketing and promoting properties
Look at & collecting information about property and arranging photographs
Vetting prospective tenants
Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
