Our client is and independent property company in West London dealing in all aspects of residential and commercial property including Residential Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Land & New Homes and Commercial Property.
They have a reputation as one of West London's fastest growing Estate agents, driven by a dynamic team of property professionals. They are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator for their Acton office.
If you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the property sector, ideally as a Senior Negotiator and are looking to move your career and earnings to the next level our client would be keen to meet with you.
To be considered:
Experience in valuations and listing
Conducting viewings
Dealing with Offers and Sales Progression
Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly and annual targets
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
