Our client is a Market leading independent Estate Agent in North London who are looking for a well presented, professional, enthusiastic and driven Sales Manager to run their already successful office in Camden. This is a great opportunity for an existing Sales Manager looking for a new challenge or an experienced Senior Negotiator or Assistant Manager looking for the next step.
The role will entail all aspects of a traditional Sales Manager’s role, including market appraisals, holding morning meetings to set objectives for the day, vendor contacts, sales chasing, managing the team and all other duties to maximise performance as well as delivering first class customer service.
To be considered:
Experience in valuations and listing
Conducting viewings
Dealing with Offers and Sales Progression
Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly and annual targets
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
