- Sales Negotiator – Harpenden
Our client is an independent Estate Agency, founded over 30 years ago. The provide first class Estate Agency, Letting Agency and New Homes in Harpenden, Welwyn Garden City and St Albans. They are looking for an experienced sales negotiator for their Harpenden office.
Duties will include:
Arranging viewings & valuations
Experience in valuations
Following up viewings the next day and reporting structured feedback to our sellers
Chasing and negotiating offers
Undertaking tasks as directed by your line manager
Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly and annual targets
Candidate requirements:
You will have practiced for a minimum of 2 – 5 years in the industry.
You will enjoy working in a busy environment and be able to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Be a clear problem solver and have an engaging and charismatic personality.
You will be looking to develop your career with a first-class estate agent and have a positive, energetic ‘can do’ approach.
You will drive, have your own car and hold a full clean driving licence.
You will be both professional and smart in appearance.
Hours
Monday-Thursday, 08:45 am – 6.00/6.30pm/7.00pm on rota
Friday, 08:45 am – 6:00 pm
Every other Saturday 9am – 5pm
