Our client is a corporate Estate Agent who are looking for a well presented, professional, enthusiastic and driven Sales Manager to run their office in Woking. You will be expected to take full responsibility for the success of the office by leading and motivating the team to achieve set targets and objectives within agreed time frames.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years estate agency experience and be comfortable valuing property across all price ranges. You must be well presented, articulate, driven and a highly focused individual who is passionate about delivering first class customer service.
To be considered:
Experience in valuations and listing
Conducting viewings
Dealing with Offers and Sales Progression
Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly and annual targets
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
