- Lettings Negotiator – Isleworth
Our client has over 20 years’ experience, they provide all aspects of the property industry to their clients. They are looking for Lettings Negotiator with at least 1-2 years’ experience within lettings.
Previous Estate Agency experience is essential along with good local knowledge and the ability to maximise on all potential business opportunities. You should be confident building relationships with new clients, helping landlords let their property and tenants to find a new home.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let through to move in
Previous lettings experience is essential
Full UK driving licence.
