Our client is a leading independent agent who has offices in Hertfordshire with over 25 years’ experience are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their office in Potters Bar.
For this Sales Negotiator role the successful candidate must have previous Estate Agency experience, strong negotiation skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Previous Estate Agency experience is essential along with good local knowledge and the ability to maximise on all potential business opportunities.
Duties will include:
Arranging viewings
Booking valuations
Following up viewings the next day and reporting structured feedback to our sellers
Chasing, progressing and negotiating offers through to completion
Undertaking tasks as directed by your line manager
