Our client is a market-leading, independent property agency which prides itself on offering their clients a bespoke personal service. They are looking for a lettings negotiator for their office located in Wimbledon.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let through to move in
Previous lettings experience is essential
Full UK driving licence.
