- Senior Sales Negotiator – Chelmsford
If you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the property sector, ideally as a Senior Sales Negotiator and are looking to move your career and earnings to the next level our client would be keen to meet with you, you must have valuation experience.
The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focused, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
Duties will include:
Arranging viewings
Valuations and take-ons
Following up viewings the next day and reporting structured feedback to our sellers
Chasing, progressing and negotiating offers through to completion
Undertaking tasks as directed by your line manager
Hours: Monday – Saturday 9am - 5.30pm (Day off in the week)
