This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Negotiator seeking a new challenge, and the prospect of taking their career to the next level. Our clientis about outstanding professionalism and they require an individual with a similar focus to join them.
If you already have previous sales experience in a target sales environment and are eager to progress your career, you’ll love this opportunity to train in the modern estate agency world! Your number one aim will be to provide a friendly and professional service, whilst building and maintaining relationships with clients. This includes updating clients on all properties available to ensure a proactive and efficient service is provided at all times.
As a minimum you’ll meet the following requirements:
Must have previous experience within a busy targeted sales environment
Enjoy working towards and achieving daily targets
Looking to build a life-long career with plenty of opportunities as you grow
Live locally or within a reasonable commute to the local area
Full clean UK driving licence
As our new Property Negotiator you’ll also be involved in:
Registering new applicants
Arranging/conducting viewings on properties
Reporting viewing feedback and maintaining regular contact with vendors
Updating company systems with offers received and reporting them to the manager
Negotiating any offers between, applicants, landlords, tenants, vendors and purchasers
Maintaining transaction progression
Hours - Monday to Friday 8.40am - 6.30pm, Saturday 9.30am - 4.30pm.
