- Sales Negotiator – Epsom
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator at our Clients successful office in Epsom. Previous Estate Agency experience is essential along with good local knowledge and the ability to maximise on all potential business opportunities.
Duties will include:
Arranging viewings
Booking valuations
Following up viewings and reporting structured feedback to our sellers
Chasing, progressing and negotiating offers through to completion
Undertaking tasks as directed by your line manager
The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
Hours: Monday – Saturday (1 in 3 Saturdays off - Day in lieu so 5 day week)
