Lettings Negotiator – Barnes

£12,000 - £14,000 + Com OTE £40,000 + Car Allowance

 

Our client has six offices across South West London and has over 25 years’ experience within estate agency, providing expert knowledge of the local housing market and community. 

 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team of professionals within a leading estate agent in Barnes.  They provide a full range of selling and letting services, together with expertise in related areas such as surveying, property management and financial services.

 

Role

 

To negotiate the let of residential property, meet agreed performance targets, whilst advancing the service standards of the company and abiding by company policy and statutory legislation.

 

Person Specification



  • At least 1 year’s previous experience in an estate agency role OR 1 year’s customer service role is essential


  • Proven sales experience


  • Must have full UK driving licence and own car


  • Must live locally or within a reasonable commute to South West London


  • Well presented, excellent customer care skills


  • Fluent in spoken and written English


  • Computer literate


 

Key Responsibilities



  • Provide a friendly and professional service


  • Arrange, organise and conduct all viewings


  • Achieve all daily and weekly targets


  • Register new applicants, manage, update and maintain regular contact with existing applicants


  • Advise, update and maintain an excellent relationship with landlords on all lettings requirements


 

Hours of work

Monday to Friday: 8.45am to alternating finish time of 6.00/7.00pm

Saturday’s: 9.00am-5.00pm

You will work from Monday to Saturday with two weekdays off in lieu per month of your choice.
