- Lettings Manager - Canary Wharf
Our client based in the Central London with offices in Holborn, Bow & Canary Wharf, specialise in Sales, Lettings and Property Management. They are looking for a lettings Manager with previous experience managing a lettings department. Good knowledge of the legislation surrounding the industry is a must, along with a proven track record of increasing a portfolio and expanding market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Maximise the overall income and profitability of your branch.
To qualify landlords and tenants according to company policy and in particular in accordance with the information required for completion of tenant and landlord cards/forms.
To meet personal targets set and agreed.
To carry out viewings and market appraisals in a professional and efficient manner
A clean full UK driving licence is important.
