Sales Manager - Finchley

Basic Salary £28,000 - £30,000 plus commission (OTE £55,000) & car allowance

Full Licence and own car required

We are keen to find a Sales Manager to join a multi award winning independent estate agent in North London based in their Finchley branch. Are you a Sales Manager who is looking for a well-respected brand to carve out your career with, this agent has a reputation for outstanding professionalism, they require an individual with a similar focus to join them in developing their already successful branch.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in residential sales


• Excellent management skills Listing and instruction winning experience.


• Ability to build strong business relationships.


• Focused to lead and motivate a team.


• Able to win new business.


• Full UK driving licence and car owner required.


• Working knowledge of the surrounded area is preferred.

The Individual

• Proven ability of meeting and exceeding targets.


• The ability to engage and work well within a successful team.


• A full and clean UK driving licence.
