Senior Sales Negotiator

Location - Finchley

Salary £25,000 - £30,000 Plus commission 10% personal, 5% Override (OTE £50,000 - £60,000)

Working Hours- 9.00-6.00pm Monday-Friday plus every other Saturday 9.30-1.00pm.

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three years' experience as a Sales Negotiator, showcasing a strong track record of success. Demonstrating skills in problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service are essential. A genuine passion for the Sales industry, coupled with a solid understanding of the industry.

Candidates should possess a positive attitude and a robust work ethic. Politeness and a well-presented demeanour are crucial, as is the ability to be flexible and well-organised. The role demands someone who can think on their feet and is willing to go above and beyond to achieve outstanding results.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service.


• Identify key requirements and match these to our property portfolio.


• Polite and confident telephone manner, describing properties in detail.


• Good time management


• Provide consistent feedback.


• Achieve targets.


• Attend property viewings with prospective buyers.
