Pear Recruitment – Sales Negotiator – Stevenage

Salary - £20,000 (OTE £30,000)

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Every other Saturday – 5-day week

Driver & own car required

 

Our client is a leading independent agent who has four offices within the Hertfordshire area since 1990, a fantastic opportunity has arisen in their Stevenage office for a Sales Negotiator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be well presented and dynamic, with ambition to progress in their career. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.  Previous experience is essential around 1-2 Years, along with good local knowledge and the ability to maximise on all potential business opportunities. Ideal candidates will be motivated and driven.

Responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors, and associated estate agents


• Maintaining applicant database


• Negotiating offers


• Co-ordinating sales to completion


• Conduct effective accompanied viewings.
