Sales Negotiator -  Haringey        

Salary - £18,000 - £25,000 (OTE £40,000 - £45,000) + Car Allowance

5-day week - Monday - Thursday - 9am – 6:30pm, Friday – 9am – 6pm, Every Saturday- 9am - 3pm (Day off during the week)

Driver with own car required

 

Our client is looking for a Sales Negotiator to work with their company in Haringey, this is a role that requires either a Junior with sales experience or an established Negotiator. Your duties:

 

• Qualifying potential buyers


• Identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties


• Arranging valuations of properties and winning new business.


• Viewing properties & negotiating offers


• Liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers


• Delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers.
